100 Days. One Question: What Matters Right Now?

The Next 100 Days is a live challenge for anyone who wants to stop thinking about all the things they could change someday and start paying attention to what actually matters right now.

For 100 days, we’ll use weekly prompts, small experiments, and built-in accountability to help you get honest about what you want — and make tiny moves toward it.

It’s not about a five-year plan or a giant goal. You don’t even need to know what your 100 days are about yet. You just have to be willing to find out.

By the end of the 100 days, you’ll have a clearer sense of what matters to you—and 100 days of evidence that you can actually do something about it.

Why 100 Days?

When my husband Brad was diagnosed with stage IV cancer, the future suddenly became impossible to plan for. So he stopped trying to.

Instead, he started thinking about life in 100-day increments. What mattered now? What did he want to do with the time in front of him? What wasn't worth spending it on anymore?

Brad died 101 days after his diagnosis.

I’ve thought about those 100 days ever since.

Most of us don't know how much time we have. And I don't think the answer is to live every day like it's your last—that sounds exhausting. But I do think there's something powerful about making the question smaller.

Forget the rest of your life for a minute.
What matters for the next 100 days?

This isn’t about cramming as much life as possible into 100 days. And it’s definitely not another productivity challenge designed to turn you into a more optimized human.

Instead, every week you’ll get a new question designed to help you pay attention to some part of your life — what you want more of, what you’re tolerating, what you keep putting off, what feels good, what doesn’t.

Then you’ll do something about what you notice. Not overhaul your life. Just make one small move.

This isn’t a bucket list.

Big Question

Get curious about something worth paying attention to.

Honest Answer

Forget what you should want. What’s true right now?

Tiny Action

Take one small step based on what you discovered.

Here’s what your 100 days look like:

You do not need to do the 100 days perfectly for them to count!

Miss a week. Change your mind. Abandon an experiment. Start over on Day 47. This isn't about maintaining a perfect streak. It's about spending 100 days paying closer attention — and doing something with what you notice.

What could change in 100 Days?

Maybe a lot. Maybe something small but important.

Your 100 days don’t need to revolve around one big goal. They might be about something you want to start, something you’re ready to stop, or simply something you want to make more room for.
